Simple Summer Salad

Warm weather is here!!  Not wanting to grill or stand over a hot stove the other night, I decided to make a salad that was a meal.  Roaming through our Fresh Seasons Market, I picked up two fried chicken breasts, napa cabbage, green onions, orange bell pepper, pea pods, Chinese noodles, sliced water chestnuts and Marzetti’s Simply Dressed Ginger Sesame® dressing.  At home, I had a jar of toasted sesame seeds (stored in the freezer so they don’t go rancid).

I sliced up the cabbage and proceeded to chop all other ingredients except for the noodles.  Arranged the salads and dressed with the Asian Dressing and sesame seeds.  Voilẚ!  Chopped Asian Chicken Salad sans cooking.  Enjoy and stay cool!
